Colaye San Jose is owned by KC Hotels and Resorts, an international company with hotels in Thailand and Residential projects in North and Central America, Europe and Asia. The company bought Colaye San Jose in November 2008.

Colaye San Jose has 26 standard rooms, 24 studio apartments and 10 two bedroom apartment suites. KC Hotels and Resorts intends to make Colaye the premier Aparthotel serving the needs of the executive traveler and longer term stay clients.
